What happens before, during and after every OK BOZ trip to keep riders and drivers safe.
Verified drivers
Before a first trip, every driver uploads their Vehicle registration certificate (RC), Insurance, Driving license, Aadhar card and Vehicle Permit, and our team checks each document.
Start PIN
Your trip starts only when you give the driver the PIN shown in your app, so you know you are in the right vehicle.
Share your trip
Send family a link that shows your trip live on a map, without them needing the app.
SOS button
Press SOS in the app during a trip and the OK BOZ safety team is alerted with your trip and location.
Fare before you book
You see the fare before you confirm, so there is nothing to bargain over at the end of the trip.
In an emergency
If you are in danger, call 112 first. Then use the SOS button in the app so our team can see your trip, or call us on +91 81100 13001.
